3.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

3.4 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

3.5 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

3.6 We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

4.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

4.2 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Pricing

5.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5.4 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. Payments

6.1 We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6.2 Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

6.3 Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial information with any third parties beyond what is required to process your payment.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated at checkout.

7.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

7.3 Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7.4 We currently ship within Australia only. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at hello@masalamakers.com.au.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Our Returns and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.

8.2 As our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law guidelines for food products.

8.3 If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Food Safety & Allergens

9.1 All product ingredients, allergen information, and nutritional details are listed on our product packaging and on our website.

9.2 It is your responsibility to read all product labels and ingredient lists carefully before consuming our products, particularly if you have known food allergies or intolerances.

9.3 Our products are manufactured in a facility that may handle nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before purchasing at hello@masalamakers.com.au.

9.4 We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to read provided allergen information.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
