How to cook:

1. Mix 700g diced chicken, penne pasta, this sauce and half a cup of water in an oven-proof dish. Season to taste and bake covered for 15 minutes at 200°C.
2. Remove the lid, top with grated cheese and return to the oven uncovered until cheese is grilled and pasta is cooked through.
3. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
